All our cookies are made to order. They are baked fresh twice weekly on allocated days and dispatched the following day, using your chosen delivery method. See our Delivery page for more information.

Unfortunately, we can't delay deliveries. Our cookies are baked fresh in small batches just 24 hours before dispatch, ensuring exceptional quality. We take pride in setting the standard for freshly baked-to-order cookies. Thanks to this process, they are freezer-friendly, allowing you to enjoy them whenever you like while preserving their fresh, bakery taste.

Due to high demand and limited availability, we recommend ordering early to secure your favourites and avoid missing out.

Unfortunately we can't guarantee this, as it depends on the availability of ingredients. However, follow us on all social platforms and subscribe to our email group to receive restock notifications, so you can buy your cookies before they sell out!

Yes! This is because your cookies are all baked fresh and not in advance!

We have two dispatch days: Tuesdays and Fridays.

For dispatch on Tuesday you will need to order before Monday, as this is when they are baked.

For dispatch on Friday you will need to order before Thursday, as this is when they are baked.

Please check you have met the minimum order requirement of £20.00 and your chosen cookies are still in stock, as some flavours do sell out fast!

All of our doughlicious cookies are freshly baked to perfection using the finest quality ingredients, tons of care, heaps of love and a sprinkle of magic.

In truth, they are delicately hand-rolled, crammed full of chocolatey goodness, and then baked to perfection. This is how our famous signature dough and ultra chunky thick gooey cookies are made. 😋

Absolutely! Email us at hello@dollysdough.co.uk with your order request, delivery details, and event date.

Your pre-order form will then be emailed to you for payment via our website.

We recommend storing our doughlicious cookies in an airtight container in a cool, dry place at room temperature. They’ll stay fresh and tasty for 7–10 days after dispatch. They can also be frozen if you’d like to save some for later.

Yes! Although we recommend enjoying them fresh, they can be frozen. Place them in a resealable bag and freeze for up to three months. To enjoy, thaw at room temp and warm in a 170°C oven for 5–10 mins.

Dolly's Dough delivers anywhere in the UK (Mainland), Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight using Royal Mail. We hope to go worldwide one day!

We’re sorry but unfortunately we do not accept returns as all our cookies are baked fresh to order.
