Dispatch Information

Orders placed by Wednesday 25 March (midnight) will be baked on Thursday 26 March and dispatched on Friday 27 March.

Orders placed between Thursday 26 March and Sunday 29 March (midnight) will be baked on Monday 30 March and dispatched on Tuesday 31 March, our final dispatch before Easter.

There will be no dispatch on Friday 3 April (Good Friday).

Orders placed between 30 March and 5 April will be baked on Monday 6 April and dispatched on Tuesday 7 April.

Our usual dispatch schedule will resume after this date.

Year-Round Delivery Schedule:

Delivery schedule for Dolly’s Dough UK cookie orders – fresh New York style cookies baked twice a week and delivered across the UK. Order online for Tuesday or Friday dispatch.

(Excluding Bank Holidays and Disruption - Our usual bake and dispatch schedule will change where a bake or dispatch day falls on a bank holiday, strike action or other courier disruption, unless otherwise stated above. Orders will be moved to the next available bake and dispatch slot.)

Tracked 24

Aim to deliver next business day. Tracked, including SMS or email notification with a time slot on the day of delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number.

Dispatch dates refer to when your order leaves our bakery. Delivery times are handled by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are an estimate, not a guarantee. Once dispatched, your order is in the hands of Royal Mail. If ordering for a special occasion, we recommend allowing extra time.

Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery as we do not offer refunds for failed delivery attempts as cookies are perishable.

All our cookies are extremely well packaged. In the unlikely event your parcel appears to be damaged please refuse delivery and contact us.  

Please double-check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If this occurs, a new postage fee will apply to resend your order
