We bake in small batches for our scheduled dispatch days. Our cookies aren't mass-produced weeks in advance or sitting on shelves waiting to be sold.
There's More to Our Cookies Than Meets the Eye. 🍫
We first introduced our original Snow is Ballin' cookie back in 2023, bringing together everything we love about Cadbury at Christmas.
From Cadbury Mini Snow Balls and Dairy Milk chunks to crushed Chocolate Fingers and a gooey chocolate spread centre, every ingredient was carefully chosen to complement the others — transforming familiar festive favourites into one indulgent New York-style cookie.
But creating a cookie like this takes far more than simply combining popular chocolates. Behind every Dolly's Dough creation is plenty of research, experimentation and recipe development to achieve the perfect balance of flavours and textures.
We were creating our Snowball cookies back in 2023, before many of the similar creations we've since seen appear elsewhere. It's something we're incredibly proud of, especially knowing ours has become a festive favourite with our customers. 💗
We've even had customers compare our cookies to two of America's most celebrated cookie bakeries — Levain Bakery in New York City and Gideon's Bakehouse at Disney Springs in Florida.
Hearing those comparisons from customers who've experienced these iconic American bakeries, and knowing they've loved our cookies enough to come back for more, is something we're incredibly proud of. 💗

Dolly's Dough officially launched in November 2021, born from a love of thick, gooey New York-style cookies and a determination to create something truly special.
What started as a passion for baking has grown into a small, dedicated team of people who have all learned the art of Dolly's Dough.
We're incredibly proud that every cookie is still handcrafted by people who genuinely care about what they're making.
You might not always see us posting on social media. That's because there's a lot happening behind the scenes.
From preparing ingredients and handcrafting fresh batches to carefully packing your orders, our team is focused on doing what we love most: making the best cookies we possibly can.

We don't believe great cookies should spend weeks sitting in storage. Instead, we prepare and bake fresh batches for our scheduled dispatch days.
That's also why some flavours sell out. We work in small batches and seasonal favourites are only available while stocks last.

the next eligible bake,
carefully handcrafted and
freshly baked before dispatch.
3. We send them to you.
Once packed, your cookies are
dispatched with Royal Mail
Tracked 24 for delivery
across the UK.
Our usual dispatch days are Tuesday and Friday. Tracked 24 aims for next-business-day delivery after dispatch, although this isn't guaranteed.
