As all orders are baked fresh to order, Dolly’s Dough does not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Refunds will only be considered where an error has occurred with the order on the part of Dolly’s Dough, or where the product is faulty.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. Dolly’s Dough is not liable for delays, loss, damage in transit, missed deliveries, failed delivery attempts, or issues arising from incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact Dolly’s Dough. We will endeavour to assist where possible.
E-Gift Card policy
E-Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for goods purchased online.
E-Gift Cards cannot be purchased using another E-Gift Card.
The value of purchases will be deducted from the E-Gift Card balance at checkout. Any remaining balance can be used against future purchases.
Balances will be updated after each transaction.
E-Gift Cards expire 24 months from the date of purchase.
Dolly’s Dough is not liable for E-Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without permission. They will not be replaced or refunded in these circumstances.
E-Gift Cards are for personal use only and may not be resold.
E-Gift Cards remain the property of Dolly’s Dough and are not a cheque guarantee, credit, or charge card.
Dolly’s Dough reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the E-Gift Card at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. By completing a purchase, you agree to our processing and delivery timelines. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including the delivery schedule, prior to placing an order.
